beautifully added festivals which helps us adjust to new season n
changes it brings along.
8. One can add fresh cow milk, honey, jaggery, khus sharbat,
green coriander, cumin in our diet.
9. Wearing light coloured & loose cloth is recommended. Wearing
pearl ornament is also beneficial.
10. One can apply sandal facepack, wear garland of fragrant
flowers, lakeside outing are also recommend.
11. Pitta prakruti people and those who every year suffer from
pitta related disorders should go through panchkarma like
Virechan & Raktamokshan.
Donts ( things to be unfollowed)
1. Avoid food which are salty, spicy & sour in taste.
2. Avoid fatty, oily cuisines, also fish , dry fish to be avoided in this
season.
3. Grains like Nachani or Ragi (Finger millet), makai/Makka (Corn)
, kulathi (horse gram), arhar (red gram) , urad (split black gram)
should be used carefully.
4. Garlic , onion, dry vegetables, Radish, Arabi should be used in
limits.
5. Fruit which are of sour taste like raw mangos, peach,
strawberry, cherry etc.
