downloaded during our early childhood, where we believed everything
the adults told us. Nobody is born with low self-esteem, feelings of
unworthiness, self-doubt, undeserving of love etc. These were all
downloaded through our innocent childhood interpretations and what
the adults told us about ourselves and the world around us. Once I
became aware of this truth, it was such a relief to know that there was
nothing wrong with me and that all my irrational fears and self-esteem
issues could be traced back to the historical landscape of my
subconscious mind. I began to think like a detective going back to the
scene of the “emotional event” and look for clues to what I was
believing about myself and the world around me. As I changed my
interpretations of my past experiences, seeds of new beliefs were
planted. I took responsibility to go back and heal the younger versions
of me and move towards wholeness. As the landscape of my inner
world changed, I began to see beneficial changes not only in me but
also in my outer world. I no longer blamed the outer world as I
understood that it is just a reflection of what I hold within me.

8. What is your most life changing experience during therapy so
far?
I had just received my certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and I had
a client who came to see me for the uneasiness he felt when he was
in crowded places. While doing hypnotherapy, his two hands suddenly
started slowly moving towards his neck. I stayed calm, as I knew
intuitively that the subconscious mind had something to tell us.
Remaining calm, knowing that my client is in safe “hands”, I
acknowledged and thanked the subconscious for communicating with
us. I gave suggestions to the client’s subconscious mind that both
hands can come down gently and to let them rest comfortably on his
thighs. After the session, I asked the client if he was willing to share
