4) Pottery: playing with clay is very therapeutic still as
adults we found it very childish playing with clay… if it’s
difficult to brake this barrier then we can go for pottery or
clay modelling (to make meaningful things … as per our
perception) this will again keep us in present moment as
our focus will be on what we are creating. I want to share a
beautiful lesson that I have learnt from it, if potter is our
Guide or master and we are that clay, to make us perfect
and beautiful clay-pot he make us go through many painful
process, moving wheel at high speed while his one hand is
twisting and turning us to give beautiful shape and at the
same time with other hand he is giving support from inside
so that we’ll not be shattered. At that instance I’ve this
realisation no matter what is happening with me, my Guru
is there he will not let me fall, it is just a grooming phase
of mine. ☺
5) Gardening: There is nothing like planting and nurturing a life
to see them coming out of seeds as little sapling to grownup
plant to tree. This satisfaction is beyond words apart from
gardeners only parents or can say only mothers can
understand. A miracle where non-existence comes in
existence. Gardening not only heals you. it makes you see life
in different formats … so alive yet still, we nurture them and
in return they nurture our soul, mind, body and world. It’s an
investment.
6) Social Work: As a member of society we all have
responsibility towards it. If we have means in our lives like,
we are educated, have job, money, place to live and
