position of power, there is no more ‘Knowledge’, for sake of growth, ‘Work’, for sake of satisfaction. Let us explore these activities in little detail: 1) Painting/Colouring: If you are an artist nothing like it if not still you can doodle or try your hand from water colours to crayons ☺ and there are many colouring books for adults available in market. Being with colours will bring your mind gradually to present moment and you will realise while you are colouring you can focus on any idea very easily. 2) Music: to sing and to listen both are good however singing is miraculous. When we listen to music it heals us however when we sing we are in direct connection with divine (how we sing is not important). You can test… when you sing there is no other thought in your mind apart from song that you are singing. So even if you are not a professional/trained singer sing for yourself or sing in praise of God (if you believe in one). It will compose and calm your mind beyond your imagination. 3) Dancing: “Dance like no one is watching” dance for your own enjoyment and it will become meditation/worship. In ancient Bharat, dance was considered form of worship, even today at many place,s it is still a way to worship God,. And it is a complete physical exercise as well. It’s a sure way to be in present moment and it heals very quickly (especially classical dances).
