arms, such as piano concerts and high speed typewriting had led to a condition where my arms no longer responded reliably. Both arms had chronic inflammation and I was treated with cortisol injections by athlete expert doctors leading to even poorer performance. The unbalance spread to chronic headaches, impaired cognition and focus to a point where I could not work, and western medicine could not provide neither a diagnose or a cure. I decided to start my own path of healing.  With a background in construction engineering, experience in high tech product development and the esoteric world of entertainment inspiring me I changed diet to eliminate toxins, I spent time outside every imaginable electromagnetic source of possible disturbance, I spent time in nature, I looked into the meaning of life and relationships, I explored every cure white medicine offered including B12 injections and removing toxic fillings from teeth and I saw the wise white  doctors of Santeria in Havanna and New Orleans. A wide pragmatic "shotgun" approach if you will.  It worked, and I have no idea what part of it was essential or if it was the combination. After 1 year of being unable to work I was back with twice the power, and  it probably saved my life by instilling a healthier lifestyle on many levels. I will never find out. Regardless it made me humbler to how the path of healing isn't necessarily only that of statistics and scientifically proven norms. That the mindset of the person walking the path can be of more importance than the path itself.  2. How you became a Hypnotherapist? Like most good things in life it happened by chance. We did a wonderful theatrical production called Boogie Woogie Burlesque in which my band, Jump4Joy, collaborated with variety and circus artists to illustrate the history of popular music through the evolution of slavery, cultural attraction and music technology - from Boogie Woogie to Hip-Hop. We had a rubber woman turning herself inside out on the grand piano and a magician that brought up a random guest from the audience to throw knifes at, which is a wonderful illusion that everybody enjoys once it's successfully over. At a social event after the show the magician introduced me to his friend the hypnotist, Fredrik Praesto, saying "This is a great hypnotist, I think you will find both him and the subject interesting". The conversation went as follows: "Is hypnotism for real and what can you do with it?" "Yes, it's a lot of fun and can be very useful too"
