Smart and driven, newly installed HCBA President Amanda Uliano is widely known as someone who takes genuine joy in the success of those around her.
“ In a profession where too many people quietly root for others to stumble, Amanda does the opposite,” said Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judge Thomas Palermo.“ She rolls up her sleeves and helps you win.”
“ She’ s rarely the one out front taking a bow,” Palermo added.“ She’ s in the back, doing the hard, thankless work that actually makes things happen. That’ s why
tonight feels so right— seeing her step into this well-deserved role.”
Palermo’ s remarks came as he introduced Uliano at the HCBA’ s inaugural Barristers’ Bash and Installation of the 2026 – 27 HCBA Board of Directors, held June 4 at the Bob Buckhorn River Center at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park.
During the ceremony, Uliano was formally sworn in by Chief Judge Christopher Sabella of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
