Art Department Honors!
AHSAE
The Atlanta High School Art Exhibit is a state-wide, juried competition held annually at the Dogwood Festival at Piedmont
Park in Atlanta. The judges selected the Top 50 artworks in the state for this prestigious show. Of those, the Top 35 were
later selected and were on display at The Art Institute of Atlanta and Oglethorpe University. All the artwork was on display
from April 19 - April 21 at the Dogwood Festival at Piedmont Park.
ASAS
The All State Art Symposium is a state-wide, juried competition sponsored by Kennesaw State University and held at the
Mason Murer Gallery in Atlanta. The judges selected the best 50 artworks from around the state for this highly competitive show. The artwork was on display at the Mason Murer Gallery in Atlanta until May 10.
GWS
The Georgia Watercolor Society Show is a state-wide juried competition sponsored by Binders Art Supply in Atlanta. 50
of the best watercolor artworks from around the state were selected for this show. Mill Creek had 7 of the 50!!
