The Nicolas Brothers were also a huge hit during this time as well. The brothers were born in Alabama and originally got their start by performing in a nightclub a couple nights a week. After gaining much recognition, the boys ended up staring in major films during the time. In some films the boys were cut out of the movie due to segregation, but this did not stop them from achieving their dreams. They were known for their high energy dances and ability to make people all over the world smile.
