just as you do theirs. Healthy eating
and regular exercise will also affect
how you look and feel over-all. We
need to be well and healthy to
effectively do the work of God.

Regardless of how spiritual we
may or may not be, appearance
plays a role in how our beauty is
perceived. We need to pay a
measure of attention to our
appearance. This includes choice
of clothing and the manner in
which they are worn, as well as
hair and skin care. Take time to
trim, braid or comb your hair as
often as you need to. Moisturise
your skin and lips. Dirty clothing,
dry or cracked skin or lips do not
serve to glorify God.
gluttony, indiscriminate spitting,
loud throat clearing, unnecessarily
raising your voice, etc should be
avoided.

The state of your mental and
emotional health affects the
reflection of your God-given
beauty. Be deliberate about the
things you reflect upon and your
thought patterns. Also avoid
situations and people that impact
your mental health negatively and
