Transferability
Nowadays everybody uses the internet and it is an inevitable part of our life. People
accessing or reaching the internet via media tools have started to become more and more
successful in their daily lives as well as in their professional lives. Only via gaining media
literacy, we can know how to use internet safely and access true information. It is a necessity
since we are all exposed to a lot of information and not all of them are real or true. Media
literacy not only teaches us how to access true information, it also helps us find reasonable
ways to acquire creative problem solving and critical thinking skills. Media literacy is not only
useful for jobs, as we live in a technology world even if small tasks require media literacy such
as finding a plane ticket online, watching a movie etc. As opposed to what many think, media
is not only for entertainment but also for awareness on reality of our world. It teaches a certain
set of rules to act right to the people in any social media platform. It is important for everyone
to have media literacy and with such training, people can be educated in a way that all of us
can expect mutural understanding in the end.
