The idea of creating awareness about the importance of media, internet and technology and using in their daily life and how it can make their lives easy are the main objectives for the trainees to get motivated. Also if they believe they can use this media literacy awareness for their jobs, it may definitely motivate them more. We should attract their interests by using different ways for media literacy training by creating a natural and authentic environment, with the help of fruitful media oriented and entertaining activities and useful practices aimed for learners. By letting them be aware of the benefits of the correct media literacy usage, making them see media literacy is there to improve their daily lives in the society and also their professions, they will gain more interest and knowledge gradually. Methods/Activities All the activities should be related to digital world and social media tools. Also the measurement needs to be via digital tools. Face to face interaction is also important to produce videos, real life dramas and etc. as listed in the syllabus. First, we should gather written and visual materials as many as possible and then scan all of them by considering what our target groups actually need. We can use newspapers, videos, animations, speaking practices, made up stories, demonstrations. They are given an abundance of examples and all together and in the end, they can decide on the right and useful stuff for their future use. For example, we can made up some odd stories, and ask them to use the internet for accuracy of those news or an hygiene example about their occupation can be shown to them and they are supposed to react to the situation by role playing. While performing the situations they’ve given spontaneously, they can be filmed so that they can see their own progress. The participants can also learn new methods and educate themselves via using media and that’s why we should teach them how to select true source of information. We can give seminars and making them watching useful videos for that. Participants can be encouraged to listen to radio and follow the news and websites, access the educational videos to get useful information. We can give them some news and one of them is wrong. We can want them to find the wrong one and comment about it. They can search for it using several media tools.
