In the event of a Bryan victory , the viewer sees depictions of economic hardship and despair . Flags , shields and appropriate slogans populate the spokes of the wheel . Pro-McKinley messages include : “ A Vote For McKinley Means Sound Government , Sound Money And Prosperity .” Anti-Bryan messages include : “ A Vote For Bryan Means Repudiation , Bankruptcy And Dishonor .” Tiny pin hole in upper left corner w / moderate edge wear and some faint scattered aging .
