ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research that is presented is to design a model to plan for
learning projects in the implementation of the curriculum in the basic education
system. Under the theoretical assumptions of Cabero (2007), Nuria and Parcerisa
(2006), Venegas (2006), García (2004). There is a descriptive, non-experimental,
field, transectional methodology framed under the positivist paradigm. The study
population consists of 102 teachers of the primary subsystem. The technique of
targeted observation is used and as a questionnaire instrument aimed at the study
population; The same one is conformed by 36 questions with 5 alternatives, Likert
type scale. As for the validity of the instrument, the verdict given to the opinion of
experts consulted in the educational and technological area is used, while for
reliability the Alpha Cronbach method is available, yielding a result of 0.947. With
respect to the results it is evident that in the organizations of basic education is low
the level of teachers who effectively manage the planning by projects of learning and
too under the unification of criteria in the designs of the formats to plan by projects,
