Pigging out with style

I've never ate in a German Restaurant before. The ones that are famous nowadays are Italian and American. Luckily, we found Brotzeit. While doing my research, I notice that most of their dishes in Germany are meat. Also my expectation would be beer, yes in a German bar&restaurant beer is normally served in any dish. I am honestly not a beer drinker, but since this is something new... why not? When we arrived at the vicinity I noticed it's not packed on a weekend (luckily thank god!), even though I made a reservation we manage to have couch seats inside the restaurant. The ambiance is neat and entertaining because they have 3 televisions. If I remember correctly their is one for sports channel, another is the star movie channel and the last one is CNN. Speaking of service and staff members, I love the waiters and waitresses they are friendly, very welcoming and at the same they are selling to us the recommended food that we should try. As a result we ordered the "Brotzeit Platter"; while were eating I notice the Pork Knuckle is just like our very own "Krispy Pata", it looks they have the same procedure on how to cook it. The taste is savory that makes you go mouthwatering. The sausages they have different kinds meat on it. One is spicy, one is made out of chicken, one is a veal sausage, one has cheese on it and the rest is pork. The good thing about this platter is that there are two sidings available already. We ordered the Wedges and the Spaetzle that goes with the meal. Spaetzle for me lacks with salt because it taste like butter. Next time I will order the pilaf instead.
