with special healthcare needs , and in community health education . Rosario received her EdD in educational leadership and higher education administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln . She earned master of education degrees in health education from the Pennsylvania State University and in instructional design from Western Governors University , and a bachelor of arts in sociology from Wittenberg University . She also holds leadership certification in adult / accelerated programs from the Council for Accelerated Programs , a certificate of mastery in prior learning assessment from the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning , and a certificate in community college leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln . She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist . Rosario contributed two chapters , on servant leadership and resolving conflict , to the American Council of Academic Deans ’ The Resource Handbook for Academic Deans , 3rd edition . She has presented her research and educational strategies numerous times at the Association of General and Liberal Studies annual conferences and other local and national conferences . She has also been involved in leadership roles for regional accreditation self-study at the institutions where she worked and has served as a conference presenter and compliance evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education .
Professional fulfillment in education : A personal and organizational responsibility The role of supporting the professional fulfillment of school personnel belongs both to the individual staff member and the school system . This presentation will explore strategies that can be employed by both the individual and collective school system to enhance professional fulfillment .

Nora Benko is currently a doctoral candidate in Gwynedd Mercy University ’ s Educational Leadership program . Over the past nineteen years , she has worked extensively in both public education and community mental health . Nora is currently working on a doctoral dissertation that focuses on professional fulfillment in educational workplaces . Nora has had the opportunity to present on the topic of professional resilience at Temple University and the Pennsylvania Art Educators Association .
