Peggy Kerr Rosario is an assistant professor for Gwynedd Mercy University ’ s Doctorate in Education program , Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Concentration . She held management roles and taught in higher education since 2002 , serving as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at Elizabethtown College and as Dean of General Education at the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences . Rosario also worked in organizational development and training for a healthcare system , in community development and public administration to assist children
