“ Our long-term objective is to build a sustainable agribusiness by growing our planted hectares to 300, while replanting older orchards and strengthening the company for future expansion. Because apple and pear production is highly labour intensive and detail driven, we also want to build an employee-focused brand with a committed, motivated and skilled team. In time, we hope to position the company as an employer of choice and grow further by adding another one or two units to the portfolio.”
