GENERAL MEETING.
A small but passionate group attended the Foundation
AGM on 30 April to approve the accounts for 2017 and
learn about the Foundation’s plans for 2018.
At the meeting, current Scotch parents Derek
Humphery-Smith and John Camuglia were elected to the
board. Derek’s son, James, is in Year 3 and John’s son,
also named John, is in Year 8.
Derek is Lead Partner, International, with Lander and
Rogers Lawyers. He is a former AFL field umpire. John is
a director of two companies, YOUniverse and Nu-Edge
Solutions Australia.
John Simpson (‘75) was farewelled and thanked for
his contribution to the Foundation Board which he joined
in 2015, having previously served on both the Scotch
College Council and the OSCA Council.
