An exciting time of learning is in prospect for eight young Old Boys
The pathways available for boys who
have left Scotch after completing Year 12
can be many and varied. This year, we
have eight young Old Boys from the Class
of 2017 who completed the Scholastic
Aptitude Test (SAT), applied for entry to
American universities and were accepted.
It is exciting to think that these boys will
be living overseas, studying in stimulating,
well-resourced institutions, and showing
various corners of the world a little bit
of Scotch College and Australia. We are
pleased and proud of their achievements in
gaining entry to such universities and wish
them well in their future studies.
These are the boys and the unversities
they will attend:
Daniel Qin – Yale
William M Sutherland – Yale
Thomas Macky – Harvard
Michel Nehme – Harvard
Charlie Miller – Princeton
Pierre Rogers – Columbia
Angus Emmett – Dartmouth
Kevin Zhang – Northwest University
TIM RAYNER – HEAD OF UPPER SCHOOL
