How to Digest Food Faster Ok so in this chapter I am going to show you how to digest your food faster. Digestion is the key to getting rid of fat because the food that you intake must be broken down properly and eliminated to ensure proper weight loss. Many people that go on diets basically starve themselves and when this happens the body begins to store food because it doesn't know when it will get its next meal. So as you are not eating properly and depriving yourself, your body goes into starvation mode which activates the craving urges.
