accordingly.
Each group is allowed to research about the polygon of their choice. After watching the
videos, students may make some comments about the hexagon, which is likely to be
the hexagon or rhombus, which they call the shape, but may not know that the rhombus
is rhombus. This explanation is given to the students and directed to the research.
At the end of the product development step from the students

The measurements of the product with the sketched product, the suitability of the
visuality and whether they meet the demands are checked. Since the project is a kite, it
is tested at this stage whether or not the kite will fly depending on the weather
conditions. Although all physical conditions are in place, the reasons of the kite that do
not fly are investigated and tried to be eliminated.

Activities Each group is asked to prepare a presentation which shows the kite they prepared and
which geometric shape they have chosen, introducing the shape and its features and
explaining the necessary information, and the spokesperson of each group is required
to make a presentation in 2 minutes. He is expected to use some tablet applications for
presentation (such as Canva, Prezi, Powtoon, etc.).
A kite festival is held at the school.
Improvement
Process Each group has the opportunity to design a different group, and the problem is solved
by peer solidarity in correcting errors, if any.
