The panel talks about the hesitancy to recognise similar issues within the UK , with each speaking to their lived experiences of systemic racism and offering suggestions and insights on what business and HR leaders need to do to achieve real change .
The panel concludes that this isn ’ t a ‘ moment ’ at all — we still have work to do . What we are now experiencing is a chance to listen and learn from one another about what needs to be done , and what can be gained from putting inclusion at the top of the agenda .
