In this video of his session at our 2020 conference , he describes his approach to discovering and nurturing new talent , and explains how he works in the hope that great and meaningful change in our sectors is always just around the corner . The responsibility to exploit this potential is the point at which he believes his work in theatre and the world of HR intersects .
