pus is one of the highest scoring providers this year , particularly among respondents in the $ 250 million to $ 1 billion AUM segment . An unusually high number of respondents ( 59 %) have awarded the same score for all categories , suggesting that they retain an overall ‘ gut ’ appreciation of the level of service provided , without assessing the individual services too closely . In an age where retaining talent is an increasing challenge , Opus says it continues to maintain a headcount turnover below 5 %. “ We have not had a single client relationship manager leave in over five years , which ensures a loyal customer base , consistent service , and a deep understanding of our clients ,” it comments . Onboarding , a category like Pricing , often damned with faint praise , is well regarded by respondents for the firm . “ Opus onboarded our new fund with lots of hand holding and guidance . The set-up was as easy as it can be when you operate in a highly regulated industry ,” says one client . “ We have experienced an accelerated adoption of digital onboarding for investors and clients ,” Opus notes . “ The use of electronic platforms and portals has simplified the process for investors . This has however significantly increased the cyber risks faced , increasing the focus on cyber security best practices .” “ I have high expectations for our service providers and Opus Fund Services has always met or exceeded those expectations . I cannot ask for any better service over what we have received ,” says one client .
