Hedge Fund Administration Survey , Intertrust Group ’ s scores have slipped somewhat this year , though still remaining in Good territory ( 5.00-5.99 ) and , in the case of Client Services and Reporting to Tax Authorities , Very Good ( 6.00- 6.99 ). Overall , 29 % of respondents for the firm rate its services as Excellent and 26 % as Very Good . Interestingly , the most generous respondents are those at both the top and bottom end of the AUM scale . One client introduced to Intertrust through its acquisition of Viteos says , “ Intertrust has provided excellent client service since the beginning of our relationship . We receive timely responses , quality work , and very professional treatment . We highly value our relationship with Intertrust .” Despite a drop of 0.39 points , Middle Office Services remains a relatively high scoring category for Intertrust . “ Intertrust provides great coverage for our Asia trading support and hands off a good product to our London support team ,” says one US client . “ They are diligent in providing support for booking corporate actions before the start of day for our London team as well .” Looking ahead , those respondents that comment seem happy to extend their relationship with this provider . As one puts it , “ Intertrust has been a valued partner to the firm for the past 15 years . We look forward to growing our business with them as our firm continues to grow .”
