raditionally a strong performer in the HFA survey , Citco continues to reach new heights in its survey results . “ Client services coverage is excellent and coverage is extremely responsive ,” says one client in Japan . “ Always makes an effort to resolve issues and respond to questions as quickly as possible by connecting us to the appropriate parties .” The firm suggests that clients are in general moving from a focus on assessing individual products and services to the framework in which they are delivered . “ The focus now revolves around new innovative ways of providing services to clients , how we utilise technology to streamline data flows between us , our clients , their investors and other interested parties ,” it comments . That said , over the past year Citco has introduced a number of specific product and service innovations . It has recently enhanced its Middle Office Solutions with a new treasury platform and invoice management workflow tool , enabling clients to manage their cash more effectively in a much more controlled environment . “ We outsource position , trade activity and cash reconciliation as well as corporate action processing to Citco ' s Middle Office – excellent reliable service ,” one UK client comments . Particularly topical for one respondent is Citco ’ s approach to KYC , AML and Sanctions Screening : “ Rigorous - our compliance department uses Citco as their standard for how to proceed .
