With the exception of Pricing ( 5.75 ), its category scores this year are all in Very Good range ( 6.00-6.99 ) and within a basis point or two , plus or minus , of the global averages . “ Most of their personnel are knowledgeable and experienced . They are able to resolve most of the ad hoc issues efficiently ,” says one client . Reporting to Investors is an area where the bank ’ s investment appears to be paying off . One US client comments : “ Timely delivery of reports . Continues to invest and upgrade the investor portal .” Many service providers in response to client demand are enhancing their middle office capabilities . The bank ’ s efforts in this regard have not gone unnoticed . “ The middle office team really excels here ; we are very happy with the services ,” says a UK client . “ We have had no issues with the MO in the time we have had them which allows us to focus on running the portfolio . In the instances where there are issues , we are informed in a timely fashion .” The bank itself notes that talent retention in the industry is increasingly important and valuable , especially post-pandemic as the hybrid working environment takes hold . “ At BNP Paribas we have a long tenured talent pool , differentiating our ability to continue to deliver top service to our clients ,” it says .
