Under first-year head coach Pat Deane ’88 the varsity football program finished the regular season with an overall record
of 7-3 (4-1 “AA” division). They entered the CHSFL “AA” playoffs as the #2 seed and defeated St. John the Baptist in the
quarter-final, but lost in the semi-finals to the eventual league champion Kellenberg.
Football completed the 2018 season with a 21-13 victory over Xavier in the 96th edition of the Turkey Bowl. Senior
QB Derek Bufano was awarded the President’s trophy as the game's MVP. The Rams retained the Dunn trophy for the
third year in a row.
