Wait what? Aren't fruits and vegetables healthy and used for dieting and losing weight?
Well answering that yes they are but not all of them can help you lose weight. They are healthy but high in calories. So one should take small portions of these specific types in order not to gain excessive weight in the future.
Here is a list of fruits and vegetables that are high in fat and calories that may surprise you. Olives, avocados, coconuts and soy beans. Olives and olive oil are extremely healthy and usually added to our daily food but as much as they are healthy it is known that one olive contains 9 grams of monounsaturated fat. Avocado is a tropical fruit which contains around 30 grams of fat, but as much fat it contains it also has nutrients like vitamin K for instance. Soy beans are what we eat in vegetarian burgers, tofu and types of cheeses. It contains about 6 grams of fat per serving. The greatest of all is coconuts, every 15 grams of swerving contains 60 grams of saturated fat. All four examples are healthy yet contain fat so that does not mean that people should not eat them, but lessen the amounts.
