To celebrate the launch of Bertie’s Boutique, I decided to create a ’goody box’, known as Bertie's Box, to give out to my customers. I have included two jumpers, a shampoo, bottle of Pawsecco, a toy, a voucher and business card. These are all our best selling items.
Creating this box is a great way to build a new and good customer relationship. It also gives my customers a feel for what the products are like.
