Snapshot St. Augustine exhibit
A new exhibit featuring the photographs
of Kenneth M. Barrett, Jr., will be on
display at the Rotunda Gallery in the St.
Johns County Administration Building
from Aug. 4-Oct. 22. The exhibit,
presented by the St. Johns County Cultural
Council, features photographs covering
a wide range of events in and around St.
Augustine though a span of 40 years. The
photographs include historic structures,
old signage, and landscapes in black and
white films, color slide and print film and

CELEBRATE 450! KICK-OFF CONCERT
A free kick-off concert will take place Thursday,
Sept. 3 at 7 p.m. at Lewis Auditorium at
Flagler College, 14 Granada St., St. Augustine.
The concert features three bands from St.
Augustine’s sister city Aviles, Spain: Tejedor, Los
Morrigans, and Alexandra in Grey.
CONCERT IN THE PLAZA
Lonesome Bert & The Skinny Lizards perform
as part of the City of St. Augustine’s Concert
in the Plaza on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 7 p.m. at
Plaza De La Constitución, 22 Cathedral Place

anniversary with a special art exhibit by visually
impaired artist, Steven Dean Anderson, featuring
many of the city’s historic landmarks. Lance
