efforts, Israeli government loan has become a role model in China’s international economic and financial
cooperation since reform and opening-up. In the future, Sino-Israel financial cooperation still enjoys great
space and potential. We look forward to further deepening and expanding government loan cooperation with
Israel. We expect that the concessional funds provided by Israel could continue to support cooperation in
key areas such as environment protection, agriculture, energy conservation, communication and advanced
manufacturing technologies. Through introducing advanced experiences, technologies and equipment from
Israel, we can facilitate domestic reform and innovation, as well as sustainable development of economy
and society. In addition, Chinese project owners can conduct further cooperation with Israeli companies,
promoting bilateral economic and trade relationship and consolidating the friendly cooperation between the
two countries.
I am confident that through our joint efforts, especially the efforts made by the Chinese and Israeli finance
departments, the loan cooperation between the two governments is bound to make more progress and achieve
greater results.
