Analysis by Establishment Size
When looking at the comparison of monthly basic salary by Gender and Establishment size, it is
observed that the pay gap for female employees between the Medium and Large establishments was
minimal at only 10% differences.

Analysis by Sector
Establishments in all sectors except for Administrative & Support Service sector paid their male
employees higher than female employees. Salary differences between male and female employees were
quite significant within the Human Health & Social Work Activities sector, followed by Water Supply;
Sewerage, Waste Management & Remediation sector as presented in Table 2.1.
