Occupational Structure
Figure 1.24 reports the distribution of full-time employees by MASCO 1-Digit Level and Skill levels.
Overall, there is at least one manager in every ten employees. The most common types of jobs held by
all employees were in Plant & Machine Operators & Assemblers and Elementary Occupations
categories. In terms of skill level, one third of the full-time employees were from high-skilled job
categories, followed by about half of the full-time employees which were from semi-skilled job
categories.
