Remove any
rough or distorted grain
on the backside of the
cut Toekick Skin that
may give a rough ap-
pearance to the end.
Color or paint the
exposed ends of the
material in a matching
color.

If using 5/8” material as Toekick Skin, either use edgebanding to detail the exposed end, or return the miter as
shown below.
