Fujimak makes light work in the kitchen
WHAT better way to convince customers
than show-and-feed sessions?
There is always a crowd of people wait-
ing at the Fujimak booth (booth H4K1-01)
while two chefs enjoy cooking up delicious
dishes for all to try.
There are no signs of cooking stress, not
even a drop of perspiration as the chefs
move effortlessly to put out beef steak,
bread pudding, tamagoyaki, spicy prawns,
rice cakes, dim sum, chimaki (Japanese
glutinous rice), steamed vegetables and
even suckling pig.
Their helping hands are Fujimak’s new
generation combi-ovens and the Vario
Cooking Center.
The combi-oven provides steam and
oven functions. With the new-generation
combi-ovens, automatic cooking just got
better and easier. You can make selection
from the food and menu panel, and choose
from seven cooking modes. Then observe
the cooking in progress.
The cooker automatically identifies the
condition, weight and size of the foodstuff
and provides auto-settings for the optimum
cooking process.
The Vario Cooking Center allows boil-
ing, frying and deep-frying, all in a single
appliance. Pressure-cooking function is
also integrated into some models. With its
multifunctionality, Vario Cooking Center
can reduce the entire kitchen size while
raising efficiency.
