After seeing how the California fires impacted Care Tucker, what would you want people to know about the brand and the people behind it?
When the Care Tucker Style House burned, we were devastated. It wasn’t just a shop. It was a true family business that Care and Jonny poured so much love into. But what made it really special was the community that grew around it.
People would stop in to share that they were getting married or becoming a grandparent. They’d bring family visiting from out of town in to meet us because the Style House felt like one big family. We even had a couch that became our unofficial “therapy couch.”
There were plenty of tears on that couch, some from crying, but probably even more from laughing.
Losing that space was heartbreaking, but we quickly realized the heart of Care Tucker was never just inside those four walls. The brand, the relationships and the community are still very much alive.
Care and Jonny are people of tremendous faith, and we know we’ll get through this. We’re rebuilding, looking ahead to the next chapter, and I truly believe Care Tucker will come back bigger and stronger.
Looking ahead, what are you most excited to see next for Care Tucker?
First up, we’re doing a huge fashion show, The Next Chapter, on October 24 in Los Angeles. We have two new collections dropping, and we are beyond excited to finally show everyone what Care has been creating
Beyond that, I’m excited for more women to discover Care Tucker. There is so much opportunity ahead, from growing the collections and reaching new markets to continuing to build this incredible community.
I would love to see Care Tucker become a brand women recognize not only for beautiful clothes, but for how those clothes make them feel: confident, elevated, and powerful. We’ve been through a lot, but there’s an incredible energy around the brand right now. It really feels like we’re just getting started.
