Just as important as releasing negative energy from around us, we also must cultivate a centered connection within ourselves. Our genius is our innermost creative and vulnerable selves. We can’t tap genius at the surface level. We need to get intimate with ourselves. This can be done with many practices designed to center us, like:

• Mindful yoga

• Meditation

• Singing music with positive, restorative vibes and messages

• Time spent in nature with trees or water

• A heart-to-heart conversation with a friend

• A warm bath with Epsom Salts
