Nothing connects us to our genius quite like fun. When having fun, we are present and open! And to be our most creative selves, we must be in a receptive state to know what is needed of us and how we can contribute. Adding fun into our health and fitness regimens adds fun into our lives and opens our genius. We need only look for what activities we’d say: “heck yes! I’d love to do that!” Here are a few possibilities:
