With The Glow Exchange, ten women from the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia (our “glow exchangers”) meet virtually every Saturday until August 2015 to undergo a three-month leadership training on how to co-create a women’s center. In August, during a ten-day trip to Uganda, the exchangers and ARWP will lead a forum to design the Center’s programs and co-create a glo(w)bal community. After the trip, Masaka women and girls will have a sustainable platform for practical education and business creation, while the exchangers will have the tools to lead movements for world progress.

We’re creating a resource and community of women yearning to feel alive without feeling guilty and overwhelmed. Once we change our mindset and begin living with a limitless perspective, we will perpetuate everything we’d like to change about the world. The Glow Effect encourages women to turn away from the illusion of limitations by empowering them to find strength within themselves. Together, we can tap into the infinite resource of our potential.
