The Clarity & Purpose Program is connecting women virtually all over the globe to dig deep into our personal blocks, while the workshop series brings women together in-person. The Glow Exchange connects and empowers women from the developed and developing world to co-create sustainable women centers for learning, earning, and empowering. Both groups of women break through their personal and cultural barriers to create the world where we recognize our power and strengths. Our launch project is happening in Masaka, Uganda where we partnered with the Association of Rural Women Professionals (ARWP). Women from this Ugandan community are struggling with lack of skills, jobs, and possibility. They want to see their families’ supported, but there are no resources for change: no access to books, computers or self-expression. With no change, their obstacles and limitations prevent their freedom.
