3.Heal - Heal by giving yourself permission to feel all the emotions stored in your body, emotions weighing you down energetically from past experiences. And when you are ready to release heavy emotions, try this exercise. In this exercise, imagine your hands are scissors cutting all the emotional cords around your head and body releasing you from the emotional bondage. Then imagine brushing off all the cut cords releasing them to mother earth to be transmuted. Now imagine a bright healing white, gold or colored light coming down from the sky filling your body and all the spaces that were emptied out with the healing light. Notice that your body may feel lighter, warmer, calmer, tingling, etc. Do this as many times as necessary until you feel a shift in your body’s energy. Trust the process.
