2.Release - Identify patterns that no longer serve you in a healthy way. Make the decision to end unhealthy patterns. Practice replacing old toxic narratives with new empowering narratives. An exercise to support your release is to make a list of what you will stop believing and doing that is detrimental to you. Then make a list of things you will start believing and doing that supports your wellbeing and abundance. An example is, “I now choose to stop all negative self-judgement. I now choose self-acceptance.” Remember, you are a work in progress, not a finished product.
