4.Simplify - Simplify your space by decluttering and reducing commitments. It is time we realize that doing is not being. Over demanding schedules do not equate to productivity. Reducing commitments, being intentional about not over committing your time is the new practice. Simplifying your space will facilitate more mental clarity and create space for new blessings. Allow yourself time to just be, sit in silence and connect to the life source within you and breathing through you. As an exercise, close your eyes, sit up straight or lie down comfortably, and focus on your breath, each breath receiving and releasing the life-giving energy that is your breath. Breathe deeply and slowly all the way down to your diaphragm filling your abdomen and lungs with life. Remember you are always connected to the highest source of energy, LOVE.
