1.Create a vision board for your future desires and passion. Gather photos, words, inspiring phrases, letters, glitter, markers/crayons, and create with intention on what you desire for the new year and the new you.
2.Create a playlist of inspiring songs that will uplift your spirit, move your body, make you smile, and remind you of a good time in your life. Add any music or sounds that provoke good feelings.
3.Watch a good movie that will create the space for tears; allow yourself to release any heavy emotions you have been holding on to and give yourself permission to release tears of joy.
4.Prepare your favorite food, try a new recipe, make a traditional family dish that has been passed on by a loved one, or bake a dessert from scratch. Invite someone over who may be alone.
5.Create care bags including essential items and pass them out to those in need.
