Tears

Things are dark.
The world is crying
tears of loneliness,
Loss,
And lapsing time.
But,
those tears will dry
sooner than we know.
Your heart will heal,
so will mine.
The stores will reopen,
the hospitals will empty,
the families will reunite,
We’ll be whole again.
Things will be light.
The world will cry happy tears,
tears of
Bliss,
Love,
And lapsed time.
