The Committee has received a rulebook petition request for Walk / Trot. More details to come after the committee has been formed for 2026.
Safety Committee: Corey Swartout Absent. Nothing to report.
Scholarship: Julie Gintner Julie is working on getting thank yous from scholarship recipients put together to be posted in the spotlight.
Stalls: Tim Wamplfer Absent. Nothing to report.
Old Business: None.
New Business: President Lynn-Ellen presented her 2026 Committee Chair Nominees that were approved as follows: Championship Horse Show- James Duenow
Motion was made by Karson Duncanson, seconded by Julie Gintner, to approve James Duenow as Championship Horse Show Committee Chair. Motion passed unanimously.
Drills & Squares- Marlys Mooney
Motion was made by Julie Gintner, seconded by James Duenow, to approve Marlys Mooney as Drills & Squares Committee Chair. Motion passed unanimously.
Judges- Lynn-Ellen St. Martin
Motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Karson Duncanson, to approve Lynn-Ellen St. Martin as Judges Committee Chair. Motion passed unanimously.
Nominating Committee- Ann Goebel
Motion was made by Dustin Heck, seconded by Julia Northwick, to approve Ann Goebel as Nominating Committee Chair. Motion passed unanimously.
Procedures- Sara Schwartz
