Championship Horse Show: James Duenow
We have secured a contract for Champ Show 2026 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Right now, James is putting together the Champ Show committee members, and hopes to use some new tools used at 2025 Champ show, on a larger scale for Champ Show 2026.
Computer: Jake Flodquist Absent. Nothing to report.
Drills and Squares: Marlys Mooney Nothing new to report.
Futurity: Kim Ziegler Absent. Nothing to report.
Historian: Tim Wampfler Absent. Nothing to report.
Judges: Lynn-Ellen St. Martin
The committee is working with MN 4H to book a clinician for the 2026 Judges’ Seminar. They have received a couple more applications.
Marketing & Promotions: Rachel Duenow
Absent. James Duenow reported the committee is working on a potential year-long sponsorship program. The Champ Show results edition of the spotlight was published.
Nominating: Ann Goebel

2025-2026 WSCA Queen and Ms. Congeniality Kristi Van Camp and WSCA Princess Hilary Vetse reported on the new courts latest events and future plans. Events attended included R & J WSCA Horse Show, Crazy Horse Market, South Central Saddle Club Association year end banquet and the World Famous Fish House Parade in Aitken, MN. All members of the new court plan to attend the 2025 NFR together and have plans for bell ringing this Christmas season.
Royalty: Bridget Behrns
Absent. Bridget reports that the 2025 Royalty contest is officially wrapped up, with award money for the new court requested and sent. Award buckles have come in and been delivered. Bridget is working on getting a few deposit slips to Arlene. Her next steps will be looking over an updating necessary forms with her committee and gearing up for the Royalty informational clinic in the spring.
