Swim at Your Own Risk Pool Information

The Aquatic Center Lap pool is a“ swim at your own risk” facility. This means that lifeguards are not on duty at any time. Since this is a fitness swimming facility, there are NO areas of the pool designated for leisure swimming. There should be no children in the pool unless they can lap swim. Residents are required to submit a $ 100 deposit( check or money order) at the FCCSA office for the pool card. The lap pool is heated and operates year-round. Private swimming lessons and pool parties are not allowed.
The Austin Park, Heritage Colony, and The Lakes pool operate as“ swim at your own risk” facilities also. Access to these pools requires a pool card and a signed liability form. A $ 10.00 fee( check or money order) will be charged for a pool card. The pools open April 1 and close October 31. Private swimming lessons and pool parties are not allowed.
