FCCSA Office Closed in observance of 4th of July
Please make note that the FCCSA office will be closed on Friday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. The office will reopen on Monday, July 7th at 8 am. Thank you and we wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday!

ANNUAL MEETING
We believe the 2024 annual meeting at Constellation Field went pretty well. The Board is looking to book that venue again unless we hear feedback otherwise from owners.
BEAUTIFICATION
As we strive to upgrade First Colony, owners have a number of responsibilities:
• Groom your yard weekly during the summer and rainy months
• Keep your landscaping in good order
• Trim your trees to allow sunlight on the grass and landscaping( please do not top off your trees)
• Make sure your house shingles, shutters, windows and paint are in good condition
• Fences in reasonable shape( please note new fences are to use cedar planks and have a cap, rail and toe board)
If you have any questions regarding fences, landscaping and / or your trees on your property, please contact our office and speak with someone. This will help avoid any headaches with not following the proper procedures.
Thank you for your attention to these matters as we strive to maintain our property values.
As you can see the first six months of 2025 has been busy and fruitful. We look forward to making progress on many of the topics above over the next quarter. Stay safe and cool this summer!
